Important Notification to Third-Party Agencies, Recruitment or Employment Agencies
Thank you for your interest in providing recruitment services to Peak Well Systems (Peak) within our global business. This important notification applies for all Peak entities.
Peak does not accept or recognize any unsolicited contact or resumes from thirty-party agencies, recruitment or employment agencies. Peak has an approved vendor list of these agencies which we partner with when there is a requirement or demand for recruitment services.
Unless Peak, or an affiliated company, has signed an MSA or agreed terms and conditions, Peak will not be responsible for, or approve payment of recruiter fees, including referral compensation.
In the event that a third-party agency, recruitment or employment agency submits a resume or candidate without a previously signed agreement in place, Peak explicitly reserves the right to correspond and hire those candidate(s) without any financial liability to the third-party agency, recruitment or employment agency.
